Prior to co-founding Aesthetic Solutions, Dr. Nolis Arkoulakis completed his undergraduate education at Princeton University, and moved on to the University of Oxford for graduate studies. He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York. He remained there for his plastic surgery training, which he completed in 2002. Following this, he completed a year-long fellowship in aesthetic surgery in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Arkoulakis then returned to his home state of New Jersey with a vision of establishing a practice that could offer patients the very latest cosmetic surgery procedures, as well as exceptional skin treatments that enhance, repair, and beautify the skin.

Prior to co-founding Aesthetic Solutions, Dr. Lee Elber graduated from Boston University and attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He matriculated through an internal medicine internship and completed a residency in family medicine at Midwestern University in Chicago. Throughout training, Dr. Elber focused on dermatologic disease. Following residency and board certification, he began studying non-invasive approaches to skin enhancement and rejuvenation.
Currently, Dr. Lee Elber serves as a Department Chairman and member of the Executive Committee at JFK Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey. He is also a member or numerous professional organizations and societies, including:
Notably, Dr. Lee Elber was one of the first physicians in the nation to be board-certified in mesotherapy. He is an instructor at the Bissoon Institute of Mesotherapy, where he works with one of mesotherapy’s pioneers, Dr. Lionel Bissoon, to train physicians from around the country in this exciting medical procedure.
